Application for admission does not guarantee final acceptance to the Academy. A $25
Application fee payment must accompany this application before being prompted to the next
form. The fee cannot be covered by an ESA/STO or scholarship.
Parents are ultimately responsible for tuition and fees, which is why we require a back-up
payment method on file before your student(s) enrolls.*

Covers teaching aids, electronics, required subscriptions, student files
management, and licensing fees of the curriculum.
Due at commitment to enrollment at least 60 days before start, or if a late add
student, immediately at the time of start.
Lion Connect Fee is per child and does not exceed a total of $1,000 per family.
The fee may be covered by your child's scholarship if your scholarship allows it.
It is the parent's responsibility to understand your individual child's scholarship. Some are allowed to cover more fees than simply tuition.
FCA Ground Campus is a 5-day program, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
Wednesday is early release at 2:00 pm.
FCA Online Campus (for 9th - 12th grade) is an online environment.
Tuition may be paid Annually, Quarterly (in conjunction with the Academy schedule), or in 10
monthly installments for your convenience.*
We strongly encourage every family to utilize the Universal ESA https://www.azed.gov/esa/.
Currently, the state provides $4,000-$6500 for K-12 students.
Kindergarten Fees:
Full Day Program (8:30 am - 3:30 pm) = $4,500 Annual ($450 a month)
Elementary, Middle School, and High School (1st-12th) Fees:
Annual Tuition = $7,000, ($700 a month for 10 months)
High School Additional benefits:
- 2 GCU classes a year for Sophomores who are admissible to GCU.
- 3 GCU classes a year for Jr/Sr’s who are admissible to GCU.
The LION CONNECT FEE is due before enrollment and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Enrollment is
required to apply for ACSTO, additional scholarships and/or internal tuition assistance are rare.
Tuition is to be paid quarterly unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Regardless of funding, parents are ultimately responsible for their children's tuition.
FINANCIAL POLICIES
* A secondary form of payment must be on file before your student enrolls. Parents must sign
off on using an active debit or credit card as the secondary method of payment. Parents who
seek ESA’s/STO’s and are not awarded the scholarship shall immediately pay for the full tuition
of the outstanding months. Should the parent withdraw the student(s), part of the withdrawal
process is the back charge of any tuition or fees and the child’s Q-file and grades will not be
released to another education center until payment is made in full.
** If tuition falls behind 30 days, you may be asked to keep your student(s) at home until the
account is brought current.
*** If tuition payments fall behind by 60 days with a commitment from an ESA/STO
organization to cover the cost of tuition, your student(s) will automatically be disenrolled and
tuition will be charged for the previous two months.
**** A 30-day written notice is required before withdrawing your student(s) from FourteenSix
